A prawn bomb is an explosive weapon made by non-humans. They are easy to make as Christopher made a prawn bomb very quickly in MNU headquarters.
The prawn bomb is apparently constructed from the magazine of an AMR-B05 and a human remote explosive (most likely a C4). When the bomb goes off during detonation it creates a large electric-like explosion.
